Our Executive Secretary, Mr. Dady Kunyanya, recently completed a course covering player welfare, contract management and sports agency, led by Dr. Cyprian Muro.
The course provided an opportunity to strengthen knowledge in areas that are increasingly important to the effective management and development of athletes.
Understanding player welfare helps sports leaders consider athletes' broader development, while knowledge of contracts and sports agency contributes to better understanding of the professional environment surrounding players.
The training strengthens leadership capacity within YOSSO Sports Foundation as we continue developing our approach to sports management and athlete development.
We congratulate our Executive Secretary on completing the course and continuing to build knowledge that can support the Foundation, its programmes and the young athletes we work with.
